It seems everybody is overworked and our lives and bodies are suffering for it. This post and the book it references dives deep into corporate culture and just how much damage it does to our lives. I'm lucky enough to not be caught up in a big company, but I can tell you that the stress of just making a living takes its toll on my body. I can become irritable and my work-life balance can get out of whack quickly when I'm needing to create income.
