If you are picky about formatting, you probably remove the default file header comments. As Ole points out, they become outdated easily and the name of the file is right there in Xcode anyway. I've always left them, but now that I think about it, they've always annoyed me. With Xcode 9, you can set up a template with a plist file. Pretty cool.
