I've always struggled with is maintaining focus. I tend to get distracted too easily. I bet some of you are nodding your heads right now, feeling the same way. I've been reading this book, which covers your attention, benefits of meditation, and many other techniques you can use to be more focused. I really like it and think it's helping me.
I would recommend this to anyone who has trouble focusing or is looking for a great explanation of why meditation can help you. As someone who's never meditated, how he explained it resonated with me. Check it out.
